TG-200 UL Listed Burglary/Fire Model
This unit functions the same as TG-100 and ships compete in a metal key-locking enclosure
(Dimension: 12" x 12" x 3-1/2"), It meets the requirements for UL
Commercial Fire, as well as UL Listed for Residential Burglary and Fire applications.
Includes magnetic mount antenna amd 12 ft. cable, 16.5VAC, 40VA UL Listed plug-in power
transformer, connecting cable, and battery harness.
Telguard DataBurst is a line of control channel cellular
communications products that are ready to install out of the box, come complete with an
enclosure, 3-watt radio, power supply, telephone line monitor (TLM) and a 3db high-gain
antenna. DataBurst cellular service is activated by calling a toll free Interactive Voice
Response (IVR) System, anytime, from anywhere. Customer accounts can be accessed and
managed through a Remote Access Management (RAM) System, which is a valuable management
tool.

Conditions - Operational Mode - Radio Activity Communications When communications are not
possible over the telephone line, Telguard switches the host alarm system’s
communication to the wireless cellular network. All security transmissions are then sent
via cellular exactly as if the signal had been conveyed over the landline. When Telguard
DataBurst is programmed to operate in MODE 1, the telephone line is always the primary
communication path. Telguard DataBurst only transmits alarm data when the phone line is
not operational. This cuts down on unnecessary cellular traffic and avoids sending
redundant messages to the monitoring station. Telguard can also be programmed as the
primary communication path. When it is set to MODE 2, it will send all alarm data via
cellular and use the landline as a secondary path. Accessories

HOW DOES TELGUARD WORK?
Telguard products monitor the voltage and current on your phone line. If the phone line
becomes inoperative for any reason Telguard will switch to the cellular network to
transmit signals to the monitoring station.
WILL I EXPERIENCE FADING AND BLOCKED CALLS AS I DO ON MY CELL PHONE?
With fixed installations and higher-powered units, Telguard Classic and DataBurst products
are significantly more reliable than a traditional cell phone. Telguard DataBurst uses
technology that is not subject to the same congestion, dropped calls and fading that is
common to voice communications.
IS TELGUARD AFFORDABLE?
Telguard products are priced to be within the means of most homeowners. Telguard products
range from an economy model that transmits alarm data only to deluxe models that have
voice capabilities.
WILL TELGUARD WORK IN MY AREA?
Telguard’s Classic products will work anywhere there is cellular coverage. More than
95 percent of the country also has coverage for Telguard’s DataBurst products. Local
conditions and the placement of cellular sites can affect signal strength. Transmission
and reception are tested prior to activating cellular service.
Telguard detects when the telephone line is not in service and automatically
switches all security system communications to the cellular network.
